This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your participation in our programs and requesting refunds. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our services.

Nature of Our Services

Our services consist of personalized mental recuperation programs delivered through consultations, assessments, ongoing support, and access to wellness resources. Because our services are personalized and time-sensitive, they are subject to specific cancellation and refund terms outlined below.

We invest significant time and expertise in developing your individualized recuperation plan from the moment you enroll. This initial investment, along with the personalized nature of our services, is reflected in our refund policies.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your participation in any of our programs at any time. However, refund eligibility depends on several factors, including the timing of your cancellation, the program you selected, and the services already provided.

How to Cancel

To cancel your participation in a program, you must:

  • Submit a written cancellation request via email to contact@zunrylexescyxia.world
  • Include your full name, the program you are enrolled in, and your enrollment date
  • Clearly state your intention to cancel and the effective date of cancellation
  • Provide any relevant information about your reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests are processed on business days. Your cancellation will be effective upon our receipt and confirmation of your request. You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation and information about any applicable refunds within 5 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined based on when you cancel and what services have been provided. The following policies apply to all programs:

Initial Trial Period

We offer a 14-day trial period from your enrollment date. If you cancel within this period and before your initial consultation has been completed, you are eligible for a full refund of all fees paid, minus any administrative costs not exceeding 5 percent of the total fee.

If you have participated in your initial consultation or assessment during the trial period, you may still cancel but will be charged for services rendered at the standard hourly rate, with the balance refunded to you.

After Initial Trial Period

After the 14-day trial period has expired, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis according to the following structure:

  • You will be charged for all sessions and consultations that have already occurred at the standard rate
  • You will be charged for the personalized plan development and any customized resources provided
  • Any unused portion of prepaid fees, after deducting the above charges and a reasonable administrative fee, will be refunded
  • Monthly subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but future billing will cease upon cancellation

Program-Specific Policies

Foundation Plan

For the Foundation Plan, cancellations after the trial period will result in charges for all completed consultations and the initial assessment. Any remaining balance from prepaid fees will be refunded within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Growth Plan

For the Growth Plan, cancellations after the trial period will result in charges for all completed sessions, the comprehensive assessment, any progress tracking services utilized, and access to specialized resources during your participation. Remaining prepaid fees will be refunded accordingly.

Comprehensive Plan

For the Comprehensive Plan, due to the intensive nature and significant upfront investment in developing your holistic recuperation strategy, cancellations after the trial period will result in charges for all services provided, including sessions, assessments, resource development, family consultation components utilized, and priority access features. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain components of our services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Administrative and processing fees associated with enrollment and account setup
  • Completed consultations, sessions, and assessments that have already been delivered
  • Personalized plans, reports, and customized resources that have been developed and provided to you
  • Access fees for resources, materials, or tools you have already utilized
  • Third-party service fees that cannot be recovered by us
  • Fees for missed appointments or sessions not canceled within the required notice period

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Separate from program cancellation, we have specific policies regarding individual appointment cancellations and rescheduling:

Advance Notice Requirements

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment or session, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments without notification, will be charged at the full session rate.

Rescheduling Flexibility

We understand that circumstances change. You may reschedule appointments as needed, provided you give adequate notice. We will work with you to find alternative times that accommodate your schedule.

Emergency Exceptions

We recognize that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of documented emergencies, illness, or extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Refund Processing

Once your cancellation has been processed and approved, refunds will be issued according to the following procedures:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made
  • You will receive written confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Suspension vs Cancellation

If you need to temporarily pause your program rather than cancel entirely, we offer suspension options:

Temporary Suspension

You may request to suspend your program for up to 60 days without canceling your enrollment. During suspension:

  • Monthly billing will be paused
  • You will not have access to scheduled sessions or active support
  • Your personalized plan and records will be maintained
  • You can resume your program at any time during the suspension period
  • A minimal maintenance fee may apply to maintain your account and records

Suspension requests should be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to ensure proper processing.

Program Termination by MindLunara

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our programs under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of fees after reasonable attempts to collect payment
  • Violation of our Terms of Use or program agreements
  • Behavior that is threatening, abusive, or disruptive to our staff
  • Determination that our services are not appropriate or effective for your needs
  • Providing false or misleading information during enrollment or participation

In cases where we terminate your participation due to non-payment or violation of terms, you will not be eligible for refunds of fees already paid. In cases where termination is initiated by us for other reasons, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine appropriate refunds, if any.

Transition Support

When you cancel your participation in a program, we want to ensure you have appropriate support for your ongoing mental wellness:

  • We will provide a summary of your progress and work completed during your time in the program
  • We can offer recommendations for continuing your recuperation journey independently or with other resources
  • If appropriate, we can provide referrals to other professionals or services
  • You will retain access to any materials or resources explicitly provided as permanent resources

Our goal is to support your wellness even when our formal working relationship concludes.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have concerns about charges, refunds, or any aspect of the cancellation process, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to working with you in good faith to resolve any issues:

  • We will review your situation and respond within 5 business days
  • If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, you may pursue formal dispute resolution as outlined in our Terms of Use

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to active program participants via email. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your participation. If policies change during your enrollment, we will generally honor the original policy terms, though we reserve the right to apply updated terms with reasonable notice.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that unique situations may arise that are not fully addressed by this policy. In cases involving significant hardship, health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will consider exceptions to our standard policies on a case-by-case basis.
